PeptiLux operates the website at peptilux.eu and supplies research-grade peptide compounds and related chemical products. All products are sold exclusively for scientific research and laboratory use. PeptiLux is not a licensed pharmaceutical manufacturer, medical provider, or healthcare company.
2. Eligibility
To place an order with PeptiLux you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be acting in a research, scientific, or professional capacity
- Reside in a jurisdiction where the purchase of research peptides is lawful
- Agree to use all purchased compounds strictly for in-vitro research or laboratory analysis
By placing an order you confirm that all of the above conditions are met. PeptiLux reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the payment where eligibility cannot be reasonably verified.
3. Research Use Only
All products sold by PeptiLux are strictly for research and scientific purposes only. They are not medicines, supplements, or food products, and are not approved by the EMA, FDA, or any equivalent regulatory body for human or veterinary use.
PeptiLux products must not be used for human consumption, self-administration, injection, inhalation, or any therapeutic application. Misuse of our products is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. PeptiLux expressly disclaims all liability for any harm arising from misuse.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are placed through the PeptiLux website and are confirmed upon successful payment verification. We accept payment in cryptocurrency only (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, and TRX) via our payment processor, Apirone. Payment by credit or debit card may be available via a third-party card-to-crypto gateway.
Prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of order creation is the price you pay. PeptiLux is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates between order creation and payment.
An order is only binding once payment has been confirmed on the blockchain. Orders with unconfirmed or expired payments are automatically cancelled. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times and applicable shipping rates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
The purchaser assumes full responsibility for ensuring that import of the ordered products is lawful in their jurisdiction. PeptiLux is not liable for orders seized or delayed by customs authorities. We cannot issue refunds for orders confiscated at customs.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the research-grade nature of our products and the regulatory requirements for handling chemical compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or unsealed products.
Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Products were incorrectly shipped (wrong compound or quantity)
- Products arrived visibly damaged or compromised during transit
- Order was confirmed but never dispatched
To raise a claim, contact support@peptilux.eu within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence. Approved refunds are processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment within 10 business days.
7. Regulatory Compliance
The legal status of peptide compounds varies significantly by country and jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations before purchasing. PeptiLux makes no representation regarding the legality of its products in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability arising from your failure to comply with applicable law.

All content on peptilux.eu — including product descriptions, research protocols, educational articles, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of PeptiLux or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from PeptiLux.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PeptiLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or financial loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
