Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel's progress through the carrier's tracking portal. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your order has been collected.
Tracking is also available directly from your PeptiLux account under the Orders tab in your profile.
Packaging
All PeptiLux orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging with no product-related branding, labelling, or company name visible on the exterior. Internal packaging is designed to maintain compound integrity during transit — vials are cushioned and sealed to prevent breakage or leakage.
A packing slip with your order reference is included inside. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for each compound are available on request and can be sent digitally to your registered email.
Cold Chain and Storage
Most peptide compounds are stable at ambient temperature during standard shipping durations. For compounds that benefit from cold storage, we use appropriate insulating packaging materials. Upon receipt, we recommend storing your compounds in accordance with the guidelines on the product label or CoA — typically at −20°C for long-term storage.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our shipping rates.
PeptiLux declares all shipments accurately in compliance with international shipping regulations. We cannot falsify customs declarations or mark parcels as gifts to circumvent import duties.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the importation of research peptides is lawful in their country. PeptiLux accepts no liability for parcels seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities, and refunds cannot be issued for confiscated orders.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If the parcel appears to be lost or stuck in transit, contact us at support@peptilux.eu within 30 days of dispatch. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
PeptiLux is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
