PeptiLux delivers across the European Union. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received and dispatched as certified laboratory research samples. Processing may be extended during public holidays or high-demand periods. A shipping confirmation with a live tracking number is sent to your registered email once your order leaves our facility.

Every shipment is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on your location and order size to ensure optimal delivery performance.
Dispatch & Laboratory Sample Classification
All PeptiLux orders are dispatched as certified laboratory research samples with appropriate packaging. Outer packaging is plain and discreet. This classification reflects the legitimate research nature of our compounds.
Cold Chain & Compound Integrity
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptide compounds are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard EU shipping. Our packaging is designed to maintain compound integrity throughout transit. Upon receipt, store compounds as directed on the product label or CoA - typically +4°C to +8°C refrigerated for short-term, –20°C for long-term storage. PeptiLux is not responsible for degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.
Order Tracking
Your tracking number is sent via email as soon as your order is collected by the carrier. Tracking may take up to 12 hours to activate in the carrier's system after collection. Real-time tracking is also available on our Order Tracking page using your order number.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Research institutions, laboratories, and commercial buyers requiring high-volume orders can contact us for tailored pricing, priority fulfilment, and custom logistics arrangements. Worldwide shipping is available exclusively for wholesale orders by prior arrangement.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the specialised, temperature-sensitive, and research-grade nature of our compounds, we are unable to accept returns only for specific cases we'll consider this.
A refund or replacement will only be considered in the following specific cases:
- Incorrect item dispatched, if you receive a compound different from what you ordered, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of what was received.
Refunds are not issued for: change of mind, delayed delivery within the carrier's standard window, failure to collect from a delivery point, incorrect address provided at checkout, or improper storage of compounds after receipt. In any other case contact support!
Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first, carrier delays of 1–2 additional days are occasionally normal. If the parcel is shown as delivered but not received, or appears genuinely lost in transit, contact support@peptilux.eu within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order reference. We will open an investigation with the carrier. PeptiLux is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
