How to Use

Peptide Amount: total mg or mcg in your lyophilised vial (e.g. 5 mg).

BAC Water: volume of bacteriostatic water you will inject into the vial (e.g. 2 mL).

Desired Dose: target dose per injection in mcg or mg.

Frequency: optional. Enter how often you inject to see how long the vial lasts.

Research Tips

Store reconstituted peptides at 2–8°C. Use within 28–30 days. Lyophilised peptides may be stored at −20°C for long term.

Use a U100 insulin syringe for accurate small volume measurements. The calculator shows exact unit markings.

Always use bacteriostatic water. Sterile water lacks the benzyl alcohol preservative required to keep peptides stable after reconstitution.

Gently swirl! never shake! the vial after adding BAC water. Shaking can denature peptide bonds and reduce compound integrity.

Angle the BAC water needle against the vial wall and let it run slowly down the side rather than injecting directly onto the powder.
